Privacy Policy

How Toolvuno handles information in the current browser-based Version 1. Last updated October 6, 2026.

What Toolvuno does

Toolvuno provides browser-based utilities for common image, PDF, text, developer, calculator and conversion tasks. The current tools do not require an account.

What information is processed

Information you type or paste into a tool is processed by the browser code needed for that tool. Selected files are read by the browser when a file tool needs them. The current static site does not intentionally send normal tool inputs to a Toolvuno application server.

What is not collected by Toolvuno

The current implementation does not contain a Toolvuno account system, advertising tracker, analytics tag, tracking pixel or database that stores your tool inputs. It does not intentionally collect your files or pasted text into a Toolvuno storage service.

Local processing

Image compression, image resizing, JPG/PNG conversion, the PDF Version 1 workflow, text utilities and calculators perform their core processing in the browser. The PDF tool may return the original PDF unchanged because this version does not include a full PDF recompression engine.

External resources

The QR Code Generator loads the qrcodejs JavaScript library from jsDelivr only when you generate a QR code. Google Fonts and jsDelivr are third-party resources, so loading them can expose normal connection metadata such as your IP address to those providers. The QR text is passed to the qrcodejs library in your browser and is not sent by Toolvuno to a QR-generation API. The CDN request can expose normal connection metadata, such as your IP address, to the CDN.

Uploaded files

For the current file-processing tools, the file is read in the browser and the result is generated in the browser. Toolvuno does not have a file-upload endpoint in this static build and does not intentionally store uploaded files. Browser memory and browser-generated object URLs may exist temporarily while a tool is open.

Cookies and local storage

The current site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It uses browser local storage only to remember the selected Light, Dark or System theme. See the Cookie Policy for the current details.

Analytics and advertising

No third-party analytics script or advertising provider is included in this build. If that changes, the privacy and cookie pages should be updated before the new service is introduced.

Hosting and technical logs

Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical request information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps and request paths. Those records are controlled by the hosting provider, not by a Toolvuno analytics system.

Contact and privacy requests

No public support email or contact backend is configured in this build, so no address is invented here. If a production contact method is added, it should be published on the Contact page and used for privacy requests.

Policy updates

This policy should be reviewed whenever a tool starts using an external API, storage service, analytics, advertising, cookies or another third-party dependency.
